I. The origin of the problem: In today's rapid economic development, people's views on money, values, and consumption have undergone great changes. In real life, high school students are almost pure consumers, and we are spending all the time. As a contemporary high school student with innovative consciousness and strong curiosity, we are very interested to know what high school students' desire for consumption is, what is the direction of consumption? What are the influencing factors? How about their financial management ability? Around this series of questions, we launched a comprehensive practical activity entitled “Investigation and Thinking on the Consumption Status of Shenzhen High School Students”.

 

II. Research purposes and significance: Through this research, on the one hand, we can inspect and reflect on the consumption situation and consumption concept of contemporary Shenzhen high school students, so as to point out the problems existing in them, and seek solutions to the problems to help Shenzhen high school students establish The correct concept of consumption, correct consumer behavior. On the other hand, through this research, we can cultivate the spirit of mutual cooperation and cooperation among our team members, explore the ability of problems and practical ability, and thus improve our overall quality.

 

III. The subject research methods and ways:

 

1. Research methods: questionnaire survey method, group discussion method, interview method;

 

2, ways: Internet, to the library to find information, interviews, questionnaires.

V. Research process:

 

1. Preparation: Under the guidance of the teacher, first determine the research methods and procedures of the project, formulate the activity plan, determine the activities to be carried out, and rationally divide the work and prepare for the work;

 

2, research stage: 1 find information: mainly through the Internet to find information, a certain analysis of the data, in order to have a preliminary understanding of the contemporary high school students' consumption concept, in order to better carry out research work; 2 questionnaire survey: according to the search The data, combined with the actual situation of our own consumption, through the guidance of the instructor and group discussion, selected 20 representative questions to make a questionnaire, and surveyed some high school students in various towns in Shenzhen, the percentage of statistics. 3 individual interviews: select individual representative students in the school to conduct personal interviews to understand their consumption status and consumption concept; 4 discuss, analyze the survey results, and draw relevant conclusions; 5 discuss the problems and discuss with the tutor, propose solutions The method of the problem.

 

IV. The research results:

 

(1) Analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey:

A. We found in the survey that most of the students' consumption is more rational. 76.6% of the students think that the money should be spent, and 16% of the students think that they should be as frugal as possible, only about 7, 4 % of the students chose to have money despite the flowers. In terms of personal consumption, 80% of students use economics as the main criterion. These data reflect that most of the students surveyed have good consumption habits, and diligence and saving still have a certain position in the minds of Shenzhen high school students.

 

B. For factors affecting consumption, 66% of students will meet their actual needs. It is worth mentioning that 30% of non-only children indicate that they are most affected by the family's economic situation, and this proportion is among the only children. Only 14% of the students, which means that under the premise of consumption based on their own actual situation, non-only children show a stronger family view than the only child.

 

C. The source and quantity of pocket money. Nearly 98% of the students surveyed have pocket money from their parents. The average weekly pocket money is generally below 100 yuan, and the number of pocket money is reasonable.

 

D. Strong financial management ability. 50% of the people can use the pocket money sparingly, and 47.8% of the students have a certain plan for the use of pocket money. Among them, 20% and 21% of the students can stick to the plan. Regarding the record of spending money, 57, 45% of the students never remember, only 6 or 38% of the students have been remembering. As for the problem that the pocket money is not enough, 48% and 94% of the students said that it is only enough. 40% and 43% of the students have money left every month. The proportion of the only male students who have the monthly surplus is 63. 64%. The above data shows that students can generally use their own pocket money, and can also plan and control the use of pocket money to a certain extent, indicating that the students who are interviewed have higher financial management ability.

 

E. The use of pocket money. 41. 49% of the students' money is mainly spent on food, 15% and 96% are spent on clothing, 21% and 13% are used for learning, and 15% and 96% are spent on entertainment. This reflects that food expenditure still dominates the consumption of high school students, and learning expenses also account for a relatively large proportion, indicating that high school students still pay more attention to knowledge consumption.

 

(2) The survey draws the following conclusions: 1. From the perspective of high school students themselves: high school students are generally between 16 and 19 years old, and their self-awareness is strong. Most high school students take themselves as the core when they consume, and consider themselves Has grown up and has the ability to independently consume. This can easily lead to the emergence of bad consumption phenomena such as blind consumption. In view of this, high school students should establish a correct outlook on life, world outlook, values, listen to the teachings of parents and teachers, carry forward the spirit of hard work, diligence and thrift, strive to correct bad consumption habits, and improve the scientific nature of consumption. 2 From the perspective of family education: parents are the first teachers of the students. Parents' consumption concept will have a certain impact on students. Therefore, parents must pretend to teach and preach, and guide high school students to correct consumption. For parents with tens of thousands of funds under the student's personal name, supervision should be strengthened; it is best to reduce the assets under the children's name so as not to cause bad thoughts and behaviors such as the material life comparison, the vain and the extravagance and waste in life. 3 From the perspective of school education. Receiving school education is one of the most basic tasks of high school students. Schools should make use of this advantage to conduct more personal financial education and green consumption education for students, so that students' consumption concepts can be truly improved, and good consumption habits and financial management skills can be cultivated from an early age. 4 From a social perspective. Shenzhen has a developed economy and fierce market competition. Under the market economy, unscrupulous businessmen often sell or spread scorpion venom for middle school students for profiteering. In such a social environment, high school students are easily misled and misused. Therefore, in addition to strengthening the publicity and education of relevant parties, the relevant departments should also strengthen the rectification of the market economic order and provide a healthy and favorable environment for the consumption of high school students.
